Ember Yard launches London’s first tapas Sunday roast in Soho
Ember Yard, one of Soho’s beloved dining spots, has recently launched London’s first ever tapas-style Sunday roast.
Known for its Spanish and Italian culinary influences, Ember Yard’s new offering, Asado Domingo, elevates the traditional roast into a mouthwatering sharing experience with a unique Mediterranean twist.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Lukasz Kielbasinski, the Asado Domingo menu showcases expertly grilled, premium meats, each cooked over an open flame.
Diners can look forward to 35-day dry-aged Hereford sirloin, Hampshire x Duroc pork, and slow-cooked Irish featherblade beef, all complemented by crispy pork-fat roast potatoes, chargrilled hispi cabbage, and a rich red wine gravy.
This vibrant family-style feast allows guests to create their perfect Sunday roast plate, making it ideal for sharing with friends or loved ones.
At £29.50 per person, the Sunday roast is available for a minimum of two people and promises a casual yet refined dining experience that Ember Yard is celebrated for.
According to Chef Kielbasinski, “In Spain, Sundays are all about gathering around the table with the people you love. We’ve created a tapas Sunday roast perfect for sharing, with premium ingredients and dishes that embody what Ember Yard is all about.”
Located on Berwick Street, Ember Yard is famous for its wood-fired grills and exceptional small and large plates that balance simplicity with bold flavors.
And if you fancy a cocktail or two, the downstairs Ember Bar offers a sleek, intimate setting to enjoy small plates and expertly crafted cocktails in the heart of Soho’s vibrant dining scene.
